Please follow these steps for applying to our guild:
All applicants must be over 18.
Step One: Application.
The candidate applies to the guild via our short form (found HERE). Please put some effort into your application - first impressions are always important and you may fail to get accepted over a bad first impression. This means you should try and use correct English (specially if it's your mother tongue) and take the application seriously. Please, take a look at other applications so you know what and what not to do.
Step Two: Interview
Have a chat with one of the Officers, preferably one of your class. From this interview the officers will discuss it amongst themselves and may or may not offer a trial period.
Step Three: Trial Period
The trial period will last for no less than seven days, during which time we'll be able to get to know you as a guild and get a good idea of your online times, availability and activity. If the player is applying for a raid spot, we will test the applicant in a raid environment. Regular members have priority over loot, when compared to trial members.
During this time, you're being observed not only by the officers but as well as the other member.
Step Four: Final Interview
Another talk with the relevent officer to discuss how you spent your trial time, how you found us as a guild, and whether or not you would like to continue to play Warcraft with us.
Step Five: Decision Time
The officers will discuss it amongst themselves if the player deserves or not to stay among us based on the information gathered by themselves and the comments the rest of the members make during the trial period. If there are any problems, they should be brought up now. After we've all got to know the player, we'll have a definite idea of whether or not we're the right guild for them and will be able to formulate a decision.
NB! Note that we're currently getting filled up on most classes. Therefore expect us to be more and more picky. Making a serious effort with the application is an important first step.
