About you!
Ingame details:
I first started WOW 3-4 months before TBC comes up, in a PVP server named "Stormscale", mostly because IRL friends were already there, in alliance side. I never liked the pvp part of the game though (or even alliance faction lol) so before 2-3 months I decided to create a new char in this server. And here I am...
Real life details
I'm 32 years old, working in an insurance and shipping company as an IT. That's why some times I'm able to login even working hours, if there's no extra work etc. I'm from Athens, Greece and I like almost all kinds of music, all kinds of art and ofc... computers ^^.
Do you have an awesome grasp of the english language, in both verbal and written form?
To be honest... no I don't. Me spik englad veri best.
Lol... just kidding ofc... I dont speak english very well though.
Are you at least 18 years old?
I'm almost double
Why us?
I've been in instances with members of your guild. They were acting always in a respectful way and I had fun. I dislike rude and impatient people. Well till now I have a very good impression. I also know that you're raiding on some end-game instances which means you 're a good synced, responsible and serious bunch of people.
Why you?
1) I'm experienced. I 've been in all (except sunwell) TBC instances (10man or 25man). I know how to raid, when I should say something when I should shut up. Taking care of reagents, addons, whatever must be in place.
2) I'm responsible. I take care (all alone) of my gear, enchants, gems, reputation, even professions.
3) I can help in more than usual ways. For example, as an IT (and computer freak ofc) I'm able to provide VT server, Teamspeak (bleh), PHPBB forum with any needed addon on it, a web space up to 2-3GB (for free ofc) or even technical support and some advices. Hey... its not just my work... it's what I like. My hobby.
4) I'm active. Nah... lies... I'm much more than just active. I could compare my online hours with those that NPCs have. If I wasn't moving, I'm sure people would think that I'm probably a quest NPC.
5) I'm a farmer. I should write a book about where, how, why and what to farm (lol). Ok all I'm saying is that since I like the "economy" side of this game, I never had problem to get golds fast even without having any friends on server. Why's this useful? Well... it's not exactly... till someone needs something probably in huge amounts... then... it could be helpful enough.
6) My played time. Have in mind, while you check armory... that my played time with my warlock in lvl 70 is 27 days (39 days all lvls). I think this means lots...
7) I'm not just a geared up person. For example, I didn't just buy my char from e-bay. I consider my self as a skilled and conscious player. I love this game... I know this game... after years on it... means.. c'mon... I know what is needed to be done, when... how quickly, why. And with WOTLK I hope I will learn more. That's the game we love. Isnt it?
Do you consider yourself active?
Hell yeah...
How stable is your connection?
Thank god is fine. Rarely disconnects me (2-3 per month?).
Were you in a guild before? If yes, which one? Why did you leave?
I was in Unholy Templars. It's a really nice guild with generous, kind and respectful people. I left for two reasons.
a) The members there were rarely going to instances. That's a great lack of action for me, even when there're raids in a daily basis. I need much more action than just raiding and being in instances with pug groups is something I dont really like. We all know the reason I guess.
b) The second reason which was the most important though... had nothing to do with activity or behaviour or something. When I'm in a guild that has such lack of action, there's only one way to stay in it. To feel helpful, needed there. When I first joined Templars I was really needed, I think I 've been much help to them. That's why I didn't wish to leave their guild when I figured out that they rarely have some action except raids. I stayed as long I had something special to give. They are ready now to conquer the world (of warcraft) . I could stay and contribute... but hell no... I need more action... or at least a guild I will feel much helplful again.
I know I'm weird. But you guys were curious oO (lol, jk ofc)
Raided before? Where? How'd that work out?
As I said before, I've been in all TBC instances except Sunwell. Not so much as a warlock of Unholy Templars... but as member (Rogue, main char) of Fusion endgame guild in Stormscale.
Are you applying for a raidspot or would you just like to be friends?
I need both those "epix" options . Should I choose? I won't.
We use addons. If you're applying for a raidspot you'll need at the very minimum Ventrilo. Any problems there?
No... not at all. I could even provide VT if you have problem with your server.
About Your Class!
-What does your chosen talent specc in your class do?
It's a ranged dps talent specc... tbh... couldnt be something else lol. Locks can only dps... and CC.
-Sounds awesome. What kind of stats do you need on your gear to make that work well?
I already have the needed stats imo. Ofc the higher stats, the better results. I currently have ~29.5% Critical, ~180 Hit rating, 1130 Spell dmg buffed with my own buff.
The reason I have lower Spell dmg of what I could is because I focused in Critical, which is giving me a buff of +10% spell dmg and ofc often huge amounts of dmg.
What about abilities? Which do you use? What order do you use them in?
What I'm exactly doing is sacrificing my Brunna ^^... to get an extra 10% shadow dmg buff... then in combat I put a Curse of elements on mob... and start shadowbolting. Yeah... it still works fine even after Patch 3.0
Tell me an interesting fact.
The best thing in OUR world is that each any lives in his/her own
